Jaco Erasmus
Jaco Erasmus serves as Chief Financial Officer, providing financial leadership and strategic support to the company’s mining operations. He has 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and taxation, including 10 years specialising in accounting and financial management within the mining industry.
In his role, Jaco works closely with the board, shareholders and operational management to strengthen financial controls, manage financial and commercial risks, and support the company’s sustainable growth. His experience includes financial reporting, taxation, corporate governance, business structuring, funding, investment analysis and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Jaco holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree in Financial Accounting (BCompt) from the University of South Africa and is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA). He is also a Professional Accountant (SA) and Professional Tax Practitioner.
